THE SOLUTIONS

SatisfACTION Power™

Making the Most of Your Worklife

All organizations want their talented people to be satisfied and engaged at work. And, for the most part, people do want to stay, at least awhile, and build equity in their workplaces. Even satisfied workers could find at least one way to move the needle… to make work better.

Taking Initiative

Fixing What’s Missing

Finding What You Want Right Where You Are

Getting What You Want At Work

Why Is It Critical

Employees are staying longer, not necessarily because they want to but because they feel they have to. These workers show up regularly but don't bring all of their creativity, commitment or loyalty to the organization.

Satisfied employees have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. They are more productive and contribute directly to the bottom line.

Most employees are willing to assume responsibility for their own satisfaction, but just don't know how.

Engagement will happen when workers recognize what’s getting in the way of their workplace satisfaction and choose to take action effectively.

The Benefits

  • Barriers to employee satisfaction are removed.
  • Lower turnover and improved customer satisfaction.
  • A more positive work environment.
  • A culture that drives continuous learning, improvements and action processes to maximize employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Higher levels of engagement resulting in increased productivity.
  • Satisfied employees creating satisfied customers.

  • What about me? Recognize what I have (the equity), what I want and what I need.
  • How do I start? Learn 26 strategies (from A to Z) as it relates to the key SatisfACTION Zones: Development, Relationships and Environment.
  • What's next? Create your own SatisfACTION Plans, taking action for more satisfaction and bringing your plans to life.
